Q1: Are You Manufactory or Trade Company? How can I Visit There?
We are a factory (manufacture) in the packaging and printing industry for over 20 years, and we have professionals from the Foreign Trade Department to connect with all clients from the world. Therefore, we have the production scale of the factory and the service capabilities of a trading company. These have created our leading position in the packaging industry.
Q2: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
We will complete the die-line of the box and filling design within 1 day, and it will take 2-3 days to prepare the materials. The entire sample production process takes 4-6 days. The completion time for bulk goods is 10-20 days, depending on the quantity and complexity of the process. After the QC department and production department inspect the quality, confirm with the clients before shipping.
Q3: How do you achieve our procurement experience and sales-services?
Our company has segmented departments responsible for each order section. Firstly, sales consultant from the Foreign Trade Department will obtain customized information from clients, such as the required box size, logo printing process, and other customized information. Then the engineering department produces the documents and prepares the materials. The foreign trade department will send the documents to the customer for confirmation, and after obtaining the customer's consent, sample and bulk production can be carried out.
Q4: How can you achieve the client's packaging idea?
Firstly, we will analyze the customer's product size, shape, material, and weight, and then recommend suitable box structures and materials. Next, we will further select the design and surface treatment of the box, as some people prefer matte, while others prefer gloss, such as logo hot stamping, debossing and embossing. Therefore, we will communicate with the customer to choose a solution. Finally, we will document these materials, designs, and surface treatments, which are the basis for sample production.
